I’ve been invited to join the CommerceLab Advisory Board – the CommerceLab is a joint initiative of the University of Waterloo and the Government of Ontario. It works to improve Canadian commercialization and competitiveness, and includes a focus on user experience in industry and the public sector. My first contribution is a conversation about user experience careers in Canada and in the public sector.
